Topical: Apply 2 to 4 drops mixed with carrier oil (coconut oil / almond oil) directly to desired area.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. Add 3 to 4 drops of oil to water and use it as a mist or use an oil diffuser or vaporizer.
